Your First Visit
After you make your child’s reservation with us, you’ll receive a personal call from Dr. Lynn just to say hello. She likes to chat with fellow parents, connect, and learn a little bit about their child ahead of their visit so she can make sure the team is ready to deliver a wonderful experience.
When you arrive, the first thing you’ll see is a smile from one of our friendly team members. Keeping things fun and light, our team will complete an exam and take X-rays while your child barely notices. We’ll also record a detailed diet history, review their dental hygiene routine, and demonstrate best practices.
From there, your child will receive a welcome bag with various goodies, earn a change to join our No Cavity Club, and be entered into a raffle to win a prize. We like to find new and interesting ways to make visits fun so that kids actually look forward to seeing us!
