Meet Our Crown Point Pediatric Dental Team

Amber, Front Lead

With over five years of experience in the dental field, Amber loves being part of a supportive, welcoming team—and helping all of our patients feel the exact same way, each and every visit. Originally from Crown Point, she enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, watching documentaries, and hanging out with her husband and two dogs. If you ask her what her favorite thing about her job is, she’ll be quick to answer that it’s working with a great group of people!

Tatum, Billing Coordinator

For the past six years, Tatum has been helping parents navigate dental insurance, answering questions about treatment, and providing helpful guidance when it comes to caring for their most precious smiles. Before becoming our billing coordinator, she worked as an expanded functions dental assistant, where she received her training and certifications from Area Career Center. Her favorite part of working at Pediatric Dental Care, Inc. is the amazing team. In her free time, Tatum enjoys painting and working out, and a fun fact about her is that she has eight siblings, one of whom is her twin!

Lilyanna, Hygiene Coordinator, Marketing Liaison

Lilyanna’s favorite part of working at Pediatric Dental Care, Inc. is being able to work alongside such a well-rounded team. Before becoming a hygiene coordinator, she worked as a dental assistant for three years and as an insurance coordinator and front desk administrator for four years. Lilyanna is married with two children and two dogs. Whenever she isn’t at the office, she enjoys crafting, spending time with her family, traveling, and going to Buc-ee’s! An interesting fact about her is that she’s lived in three states in the past six years!

Tara, Treatment Coordinator

Tara enjoys being able to work with children every day and seeing them smile! She’s certified in coronal polishing and X-rays and has been an important part of our team for several years now! Originally from Highland, Tara enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and two daughters. Whenever she isn’t at the office, she loves playing The Sims 4, and a fun fact about her is that she was adopted!

Gianna, Clinical Lead

Gianna has over eight years of experience in the dental field and loves working alongside the best dentists and team members, all of whom are dedicated to providing high-quality dental care to the children of Northwest Indiana! She completed her education and studies at Indiana University Northwest and has worked in pediatrics, orthodontics, and oral surgery settings. Gianna is also certified in coronal polishing, fluoride, and radiography. In her free time, Gianna enjoys reading and going on walks, and she’s been to over 100 concerts!

Andrea, Inventory Coordinator, Clinical Team Member

With over nine years of experience, Andrea genuinely loves what she does, and the children truly make her day! She enjoys coming to work every day and being able to work with an amazing team of women. Andrea completed the dental assisting program at Indiana University Northwest and has her certifications in coronal polishing, fluoride application, radiology, sealants, and SDF application. Whenever Andrea isn’t at home, she’s spending time with her busy family of six, going to her kids’ sporting events, traveling, going to concerts, and being a real estate agent on the side. A fun fact about Andrea is that she’s traveled to six countries!

Samantha, Lab Coordinator, Clinical Team Member

Samantha’s favorite part of working as a dental assistant is being able to help kids build positive relationships with the dentist and getting to work alongside a team she loves. She completed her dental assistant certification, coronal polishing certification, and earned her RHS license from Kaplan College. Whenever she isn’t at the practice, Samantha enjoys spending time outdoors grilling, swimming, and fishing, and she’s a proud single mom with two kids.

Megan, Clinical Team Member

Megan has been in the dental field for over nine years, and she enjoys the work-life balance, her amazing relationship with her coworkers, and getting to help kids make healthy choices every day! She has earned her coronal polishing and sealant certifications and has completed an in-office dental training course. Megan is a proud wife and cheer mom with two daughters, which keeps her very busy. Whenever she isn’t at the office, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.

Susana, Clinical Team Member

Susana enjoys working at Pediatric Dental Care, Inc. because she gets to be a positive and encouraging presence for children who have unique dental needs. She’s certified in coronal polishing, fluoride, radiography, and sealant placement. Susana has the same birthday as her father, so they’re completely in sync with each other and love spending time together. She also has a son who is her entire world! In her free time, she enjoys cooking, and she’s a hard-working person who brings positivity wherever she goes.

Caitlynn, Sterilization Coordinator, Clinical Team Member

Caitlynn has been an integral part of our team for several years now. Her favorite part of what she does is being able to work with kids and help them see visiting the dentist in a fun, positive light. She attended college at PNW and is certified to provide X-rays in the state of Indiana. Caitlynn enjoys spending time with her family and dog, Bella! Her sister and nieces are her best friends, so whenever she isn’t at work, she’s with them! In her free time, she enjoys reading, coloring, and crafting, and she loves Halloween!
